Budova E Building

The architecturally unique building Budova E was designed by Aulík Fišer Architects and completed in 2007. Due to the building’s location near the highway, the building had to be designed in such a way as to reflect noise from its shell. In this case, an original solution was used - an openwork façade and the use of sound dampening materials which act as an architectural motif. The building comprises seven aboveground and four underground floors, offering 14,700 m² of leasable space and 330 parking spaces. A dining facility is located on the ground floor as well as conference rooms with moveable walls for maximum flexibility. The triangular covered atrium connects the individual floors with a panoramic elevator and also draws natural light into the offices facing the atrium. The building has a roof terrace with greenery.
