Budova C Building

This office building from the drawing board of architect Jan Aulík of Aulík Fišer Architects was built on a greenfield site as the first major office building constructed outside the Prague city centre after 1989. Approximately 12,000 m²of leasable space is located on seven aboveground and two underground floors, including large, premium offices and 200 parking spaces. The building’s high standard of quality includes a complete climate control system, with full air-conditioning and guaranteed relative humidity. The building’s external aesthetic and architectural concept is presented via its façade panels of strongly figured green granite.
