Let’s embark on a journey with lecturer Natalia Löw, to discover yoga techniques through which we can learn to live our everyday life more calmly, consciously and joyfully. Natalie will teach us some basic yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques for a more positive mind-set, which we will be able to practice at home. The workshop includes a gentle yoga lesson with some final relaxation and breathing exercises. The workshop is suitable for anyone who wishes to slow down in life, to be able to relax and be more aware of themselves, or to learn how to prevent stress and anxiety.
