Gamma Building

The Gamma office building is from the drawing board of Aulík Fišer Architects. It offers 30,000 m² of office space on 10 aboveground floors Three underground floors offer 500 parking spaces. A typical aboveground floor has an area of over 3,000 m². Its design places it among the most appealing modern office buildings. The well-lit, spacious entry atrium is dominated by a glass panoramic elevator, meeting rooms extend to the atrium over two aboveground floors, and narrow walkways connecting both parts of the building. The glass roof ensures plenty of natural light. Natural materials, such as stone and wood, were utilized in the covered atrium in such a way as to balance the large glazed areas with warmer tones. The building’s top floor features an extensive roof terrace, complemented on the 8th floor by a smaller terrace.
