Although the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are primarily aimed at states and governments, by preparing and implementing this policy, Passerinvest actively supports efforts to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which aim to maximize the efficient use of resources and reduce energy consumption and the production of emissions, promoting circular economy principles in the use of materials, energy, water, waste or soil, and promoting healthy natural conditions for the sustainable state of environmental biodiversity. Compliance with environmental regulations and standards, as well as our own voluntary commitments, is therefore a basic prerequisite for all company activities.<\/p>\n
The Passerinvest Group, including the parent company PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Passerinvest” or “PST” or the “Company”), as a responsible Czech builder and investor, is engaged in the construction and management of commercial and residential buildings with an emphasis on the indoor and outdoor environment in order to promote a quality working and healthy lifestyle. With respect to the environment, we strive to implement a sustainable and environmentally friendly process in the construction, renovation and operation of buildings. We contribute to the protection of natural resources and we are actively looking for ways to reduce our negative impact on the environment.<\/p>\n
Over the course of two decades, under the company’s leadership, the Brumlovka locality in Prague 4 has been transformed from an unused brownfield into a full-fledged city district. At present, in addition to 12 administrative buildings, we can find three residential complexes on 25 hectares, the multifunctional Brumlovka building with a wellness and fitness club, the Bethany Community Centre, a Christian kindergarten, the Elij\u00e1\u0161 primary and secondary school, and a kindergarten focused on English lessons, two large green parks (each with an area of 1 ha), an athletic stadium, several playgrounds and two new squares.<\/p>\n<\/div>
