We have started organising collective jogging not only in BB Centrum <em>(every Tuesday from 5:20 p.m. at the reception of the Beta building, at the entrance from Costa Coffee)<\/em>, but also in\u00a0<strong>Kr\u010d Forest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Early-evening runs in the vicinity of Kr\u010d Forest take place each Monday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The participants get together at 6:20 between the vestibule of the Roztyly metro station and the T-Mobile building. The runs are held under the alternating direction of the ardent runners and bloggers So\u0148a Hrabec Kotulkov\u00e1 and Michal Hrabec from <a href=\"https:\/\/running2.cz\/\">Running2.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Those of you who prefer outdoor exercise can try two new areas that we have opened in the park next to Kr\u010d Forest on the territory of Nov\u00e9 Roztyly.\u00a0 The first is an outdoor fitness area equipped with a&nbsp;set of exercise machines suitable for all age categories. Thanks to the machines installed in the park, everyone can choose a&nbsp;suitable activity corresponding to their condition. A&nbsp;few metres further you can find a&nbsp;workout area, where you can strengthen your body using your own weight, thereby improving your physical condition and motor skills.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If\u00a0 you like to go to the forest, specifically to the one in Kr\u010d, we recommend visiting the interactive map on the pages of\u00a0 magazine <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.krcakzije.cz\/\">krcakzije.cz<\/a><\/strong>. The map contains a&nbsp;route planner, an overview of the playgrounds or cycling paths in Kr\u010d Forest. It is also fully functional on mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p>How to get from BB Centrum to Kr\u010d Forest?
