Serviced offices, a place \u00a0of high-standard flexible offices, co-working and event spaces under the name FLEKSI is available in Budova B building, Beta building and soon in Filadelfie building. <\/strong>The Czech builder and investor Passerinvest Group, a.s., which is developing this locality is behind the FLEKSI concept.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The FLEKSI concept<\/strong> <\/a>provides companies and individuals with the rental of serviced offices as well as individual workplaces, meeting rooms and event spaces. Thus, FLEKSI is designed for those who do not want to have any concerns with the furnishing and operation of the offices, who have a lack of meeting rooms or who need an office just for a month.<\/p>\n

FLEKSI Beta<\/a> <\/strong>is currently the latest addition to this attractive concept. The business centre is located on 3000 m2<\/sup>\u00a0in the Beta building in the very heart of Brumlovka and offers very pleasant designer spaces suitable for everyday work, conferences and team-inspiring workshops and training. The Passerinvest group is the investor and operator, and Linstram is behind the architectural design of the spaces.<\/p>\n

\u201cFLEKSI Beta creates a high-quality working environment where we provide our clients with all operational facilities and enable them to focus better on their own business. An interesting feature of FLEKSI Beta is a spacious multifunctional hall with a complete audio system, a media wall and cascaded seating. Clients can easily book meeting rooms through the FLEKSI app or client portal. Corporate meetings, conferences, seminars and many other types of FLEKSI events will be customised directly according to the requirements and wishes of the client.<\/p>\n

FLEKSI<\/a> <\/strong>clients by joining the large Brumlovka community, a wide range of services and leisure opportunities offered by this location in Prague 4 opens up to them. After a long day at work, it is therefore an advantage that the Balance Club Brumlovka fitness and wellness centre, which encourages active relaxation, is located directly in Brumlovka.
